Basic Life Support (BLS) 

American Heart Association

Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare professionals trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality CPR, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. 
Complete the online portion + hands-on skills session with an Association Instructor, or with a voice-assisted manikin (VAM) or Simulation Station.
HeartCode BLS is the Association's BLS blended learning delivery method. Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-guided manner, followed by a hands-on skills session.
